Once dispatched, delivery will take an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Replacement Policy
We only offer replacement for products that are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item received
We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Important Conditions
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims
- The product must be unused and in original condition

- Share unboxing video and product images
- Our team will verify the issue
- Approved replacements will be processed within 7–15 days
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as all products are made to order.
